Water was leaking behind the gutter board at our property in Detroit, and I initially thought the problem was related only to the gutters. After inspecting the area, the roofing contractor discovered that the roof edge was deteriorating, which was causing the recurring issue in that corner. They repaired the damaged roofing section and addressed the gutter problem in the same visit. I appreciated their attentive approach and the fact that they never pressured me into unnecessary work. The final invoice was clearly broken down, making it easy to understand the separate costs for the gutter repairs and roofing work.

Ice dams caused a slow leak along the back wall of our St. Clair Shores home. The roofer handled the roof leak repair and explained how the lake weather can make weak spots show up faster. He did not make it dramatic, just told me what was worn and what could wait. The roofing repair was neat, and I liked the honest tone.

Detroit Roofers completed a roof installation for our first house, and I was nervous because I had never hired a roofing company for anything that big. The estimate had a lot on it, but the project lead walked through the pieces slowly. We also added ventilation installation because the upstairs had been hot every summer since we moved in.
The first day felt overwhelming with materials showing up and the old roof coming off. The crew still kept a path clear to the side door and checked where our dog usually went out. That sounds minor, but it helped.
By the last day, I could tell the airflow work was not just an extra line item. The attic felt less trapped, and the new roof looked even. I would not call it a fun expense, but I felt like we chose the right roofers.

Detroit Roofers did roof maintenance on a rental duplex I own after a tenant mentioned water stains near the rear closet. The roofers found an aging flat roof repair that had opened up around the edge and fixed it before it became a bigger tenant issue. They called before doing anything outside the approved work, which I appreciated. The update was simple, but it told me what was repaired and what to watch later. That makes property stuff easier to manage.

A wind gust tore shingles loose on our Harper Woods house, and I needed storm damage repair before more rain came in. The roofer was direct, showed me what lifted, and gave me a quote that did not feel padded. The roofing work was finished faster than I expected. They left the porch and driveway cleaner than when they started.

Our building used Detroit Roofers for flat roof replacement over a row of tenant spaces. The roofer met me before opening, marked the worst areas, and gave a schedule that kept the rear access door usable most of the time. There were a couple loud stretches, but they warned us before that part started. The crew kept the work area taped off and did not leave materials where deliveries had to come through. For commercial roofing, I mainly care about communication and staying operational, and they handled both.

The drip started behind a cabinet in Detroit, which made no sense to me at first. The roofers did leak detection and found water sneaking in from a tired roof edge instead of the wall like I thought. They handled the roof leak repair the same week and explained what they sealed. I still watched the ceiling the next time it rained, but nothing came through. That was a relief.

Detroit Roofers handled a roof inspection for me when I was worried about a sagging looking patch over the back room. The roofer got up there, checked the decking from inside the attic too, and showed me why a roof repair made more sense than replacing the whole section. I liked that he talked plain and did not act annoyed when I asked the same question twice. The price was not tiny, but it felt fair for real roofing work. They cleaned up the loose pieces around the alley side before leaving

Andre gave us a great quote, and we were scheduled in just a week later. He assigned his top team for our project. They worked long hours under difficult conditions, even dealing with swarms of bees that had gotten into the roof. The roof was no easy task, but they handled it exceptionally well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with a dedicated crew. If you need roofing contractors in Detroit, I definitely recommend Detroit Roofers.

I'm extremely satisfied with the new roof on my house and garage, all thanks to Detroit Roofers. Andre's expertise was evident from our first meeting through to the job's completion. The team of roofing contractors was professional and respectful, taking extra care to protect my garden – you wouldn't even know a major roofing project had just been done. When I later had a question about the chimney flashing, Andre came over the next day to check it out and confirm everything was perfect. I learned about Detroit Roofers through friends and family, and now I understand why they come so highly recommended. Choosing the wrong roofer can lead to serious damage and costs, so I wanted someone proven and professional. Detroit Roofers exceeded my expectations, and I felt confident in their hands from the beginning. If you need reliable roofing contractors in Detroit, MI, I highly recommend them.

After noticing leaks in our roof, I reached out to Detroit Roofers. Dave came by, did a thorough inspection, suggested a roof replacement, and provided an estimate. On the scheduled day, the team arrived early, prepped the area with tarps, and started removing the old roof. The damage they uncovered matched Dave’s initial evaluation exactly. They managed to remove two layers of old roofing and install the new one all within a day. Dave checked in on the work and progress throughout. The quality of the work, the speed of completion, and the clean-up afterward were all beyond what we expected. We highly recommend Detroit Roofers for their outstanding service.

During the lockdown, we chose to get a new roof and gutters. We went with Detroit Roofers, even though their quote was a bit higher, because they were really clear about the materials and the high standard of work they promised. Totally worth it and we're really happy with the result. Just last week, during a huge rainstorm, we noticed a leak from one of the gutters. We got in touch with them, and David from their team came by today. He's awesome, really cares about his work and the reputation of Detroit Roofers. We've recommended them before and we'll do it again – top-notch quality all the way.

Detroit Roofers just came by to give us an estimate after a branch made a hole in our roof. David showed up a bit early, super professional, and said he'd give us a couple of options to consider. But what really impressed me was that he went the extra mile by finding some temporary materials in his truck to cover the hole better than our makeshift trash bag solution. This kind of effort has us leaning towards choosing them, no matter the cost. It's clear they value quality, and that's the kind of service that earns loyalty.
